THE MUSIC OF GREG & PAT MORGAN
As well as being an accomplished woodwind player and instrument maker, Greg writes his own music which occasionally, he performs with his wife Pat at the Bell. Here is a small sample of tunes written by Greg, performed and recorded by them both.
 "The Captain's Lament" is the lamentation of an army captain on the eve of his surrender. It's acoustic apart from the guitar parts (the wind is my breath - digitally processed).
"Siul a Ruin" is a traditional Scottish song which when played on the Duct Flute starts to sound very American Indian - hence the arrangement.
The "Ozzy Mosis Hum" slowly seeped into existence over a couple of months and I felt that the process was a bit like osmosis - hence the title.
"Go With the Flow" is (apart from the struck string and rattle) acoustic and was inspired by the natural elements of
Mother nature
